The Corozal Free Zone is located on the border between Belize and Mexico, with surrounding roads offering easy access to the International Airport and the rest of Belize.

The Commercial Free Zone (CFZ) Act of Belize, 1994, was established to attract foreign investment and provides for various activities including manufacturing, processing, packaging, warehousing and distribution of goods and services. The Zone presently covers 267 acres with expansion capacity of over 200 acres more.

The CFZ is highly beneficial because it provides many financial incentives to businesses, and as a result, the ending consumers also reap the benefits in lower prices for high quality merchandise.
